Technical SEO
Crawl and indexation audits, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals and log-file analysis.
I'm an SEO strategist and WordPress & Shopify developer. I help founders, agencies and eCommerce brands across the GCC and US fix what's broken technically, rank for the terms that actually convert, and ship fast sites that hold those rankings.
I'm Umar Rajput, an SEO strategist and web developer with 4+ years spent between Search Console dashboards and code editors. Most of my work sits at the intersection of the two: diagnosing why a site isn't ranking, then actually building the fix instead of handing over a PDF and walking away.
I work with service businesses, eCommerce brands and agencies across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and the United States. That usually means technical audits, indexation and Core Web Vitals cleanup, on-page and content architecture, and custom WordPress or Shopify builds engineered to load fast and stay crawlable.
My approach is deliberately unglamorous: measure the baseline, prioritise by impact, ship in small increments, and report honestly on what moved. If a tactic isn't earning its place in the data, it gets cut.

Six services that cover the full path from crawl errors to conversions.
Crawl and indexation audits, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals and log-file analysis.
Keyword mapping, intent-matched titles and headings, internal linking and content optimisation.
Custom themes, page-builder rescues, speed optimisation and SEO-ready information architecture.
Liquid theme customisation, collection and faceted-URL strategy, and product-page CRO.
Topical clusters, entity coverage and answer-engine optimisation for AI overviews and featured snippets.
Traffic-drop diagnosis, manual action and core-update recovery, plus honest reporting on what moved.
Search behaves differently in every market. These are the ones I know well.
In the Gulf most enquiries start in Maps, not on page one. I run bilingual Arabic/English keyword frameworks, Business Profile optimisation and review generation alongside the technical build — so the listing and the site pull in the same direction.
Five roles since 2023 — the through-line is always organic growth.

We started from nothing — no organic traffic and no enquiries coming from search at all. Four months later we were at 1,200 clicks and taking four to six leads a day. Umar measured the baseline before he touched anything, so every month we could see exactly what had moved and why.
EUTC GlobalZero to 1,200 clicks in four monthsFive steps, repeated. Nothing ships without a measured reason.
Full technical crawl, GSC and analytics review, competitor gap analysis. Baseline first.
Prioritised roadmap ranked by impact and effort, with keyword and content architecture.
I ship the fixes myself — code, schema, content and on-page. No handover gap.
Monthly reporting tied to clicks, rankings and revenue — not impressions theatre.
Double down on what the data rewards, cut what it doesn't, and re-audit each quarter.
Tell me what's not working. I'll tell you straight whether I can fix it — and roughly what it takes.
Based in the GCC, working across time zones. I reply to every serious enquiry within one business day.
